Easter is right around the corner and I don’t want to miss out on making the most of this time of year! I’m finding myself more worried about what I’m putting in the kids’ Easter baskets and what we’re all going to wear to church that morning, than I am about what Easter truly means. The message of Easter is about love and forgiveness and sharing Christ and the empty tomb. Here are some simple ways we can share more of Jesus with the people in our world.
Random Acts of Kindness
There is nothing like spreading kindness! The possibilities are really endless as to what you can do! I keep thinking of more ideas and really a simple Google search will give you plenty to choose from, but here is a printable list (or save the picture to your phone) to help you get started!

Invite someone to church
People tend to be more receptive to church this time of year and I kept thinking there should be some sort of invitation so we could hand them out! So I just went ahead and made one! You can print it out, fill in your church’s information and give to someone you’d like to invite. It could be a coworker, a friend, your babysitter…anyone! You can download the printable HERE!
Be a good egg.
There’s so much going on in the world and in each of our own lives that it’s all too easy to be negative and fearful. It seems like there is so much drama and strife and it can definitely be draining and hurtful. Let’s not add to that! Let’s spread positivity and talk about the ways God is working in our lives rather than our problems. My prayer this year has been that God would open my eyes to see Him in everything and He is being faithful to answer this. I’m still working on what I say and how I portray what is going on in my life to other people. Another way to be a good egg, is to be a good friend to others by showing them grace. We know we need it and we should be generous in giving it to others.
