Bible Studies to Start off the New Year

If you haven’t started a routine quiet time or Bible study plan, what better time than at the beginning of a fresh, new year?! Here are a few ideas to get you started:

“Nehemiah” by Daily Grace Co: With the theme of rebuilding, Nehemiah is a great study for those who want to start the year off on a new slate.

“Proverbs”: Reading one proverb a day through January is a great way to start off the year! Who doesn’t want to start off the year with a little wisdom, right?! If you’d like to take it one step further there are great studies through the book of Proverbs by Love God Greatly and the First 5 app.

None Like Him” by Jen Wilkin: A great idea is to start the year by focusing on who God is. So often we can get distracted by plans and to-do lists, even well-meaning goals and resolutions. This study is a quick but thought-provoking one on the attributes of God.

“All Things New” by Kelly Minter: This study works through 2 Corinthians (which is a treasure trove of great wisdom for us today!). We can begin the year celebrating that because of Jesus all things are new.

“Choose Brave” by Love God Greatly: Start the new year off tackling fear and choosing to be brave no matter what the new year brings!

Let me know what you will be studying this month to start off this great new year!
